FreshStart Tech Console changes:
-Added ability for AV definitions to auto update every night, if the Freshstart Tech Console is left running/minimized and auto update images option is checked.
-Updated security certificates.
-Enhanced how the Tech Console deals with images that were loaded manually (not download via Freshstart Tech Console).
-Download images re-try feature now properly resets after download completion.
-Fixed error pop-ups while trying to exit the application.
-Minor bug/stability fixes all around.
